Adds the "special" remote airports to the world dataset: every non-large fixed-wing airport with no other airport within 1000 km of the kept set now joins data/airports_world.csv, so Antarctica, the high Arctic, Alaska, northern Canada and far islands are represented even though they carry no large_airport.
New pure isRemote(airports, icao) in lib/airports.ts (reuses existing haversineKm; REMOTE_RADIUS_KM = 1000).
Curation in scripts/build-world-airports.mjs runs over all fixed-wing rows: large airports unchanged + remote non-large rows; same-station twins collapse via the existing 40 km clustering.
No runtime change needed — filterWorldAirports already accepts small/medium/seaplane types; most isolated airport (Easter Island) has its nearest neighbour 2599 km away, well under the 9000 km job cap.
Verification: tsc --noEmit clean, vitest 385/385 (baseline 381 + 4 new), playwright test --list lists all 62 e2e tests.
