I need to have a "special" airports - find airports in remote places like antarctica, arctica, alaska, canada or small islands - even if they are marked as small on airports list add them to list.

Maby detect if there is no other airpots in 1000km range or something like that?

Shipped as v0.61.0 (PR #137, merged e970f95, tag v0.61.0): isRemote curation in the world-airport build keeps every non-large fixed-wing airport with no other kept airport within 1000 km — dataset grows 1119 → 1483 rows (+364: Rothera/Halley/Showa, Grise Fiord/Alert/Ny-Ålesund/Wrangel, Alaska strips, Canadian Arctic smalls, Easter/Canton/Pago Pago). No runtime change needed; filterWorldAirports already accepts the types. CI green (run 186), deployed to prod and verified /api/version = 0.61.0.
