Chart sizes to the measured container (SVG 100% over fixed viewBox); full-height flex-column Tabs; narrow prop keeps old behavior in body-scroll mode. Follow-up fix: minHeight instead of height on the Tabs root so the sticky tab list can never collapse under flex overflow, plus [hidden] display guard for Radix inactive tabs.
