Per user request: the LOCAL SYSTEM tab no longer shows the system node graph — it keeps only the explorable worlds list (full panel width). WORLD MAP's node graph is untouched; components/ui/node-graph.tsx stays (still used there).

components/mission-control.tsx: removed NodeGraph + its data constants from LOCAL SYSTEM
version bump 0.2.1, CHANGELOG entry

Local verification: tsc ✓, vitest 7/7 ✓, playwright --list ✓, next build clean — all 7 tab triggers render; local-system graph content absent, WORLD MAP "GALACTIC CHART" still present.
