Adds .gitea/workflows/ci.yml, based on the flight project's Gitea Actions pipeline and adapted to this stack.

Single job ci (build + unit), runs-on ubuntu-latest, triggers: push/PR to main + workflow_dispatch:

  • checkout → setup-node 22 → npm cache restore ($HOME/.npm, continue-on-error)
  • npm ci (3× retry loop, mirroring flight's flaky-uplink pattern)
  • npm run build (nest build)
  • npm test — vitest auto-appends results to $GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY under GITHUB_ACTIONS
  • docker compose build --progress=plain (3× retry) — verifies the production Dockerfile/compose

Simplified away from flight: all e2e machinery (no e2e suite here), no docker-compose.ci.yml, nothing runs so no cleanup/prune steps. No app code changes; v0.1.2 + CHANGELOG entry per AGENTS.md.
