v0.7.0

Map click now switches the dossier to the region's owning nation instead of opening a popup.

  • Clicking a choropleth region resolves its owner from the authoritative RegionMap by the feature's stable ISO_A3 code (properties.regionId) and sets viewingId to that nation — the same target as the manual "Inspect" selector, keeping them in sync.
  • The closeable popup on click is removed; the dossier is the single source of detail.
  • Fixes the MapLibre id-repacking "no owner" bug (#6): at click/hover time feature.id is repacked into a numeric index by MapLibre, so the owner must be resolved from RegionMap/regionId (the shared regionOwner() helper), never from the feature's top-level id. Unowned regions leave the current dossier target unchanged.

No LLM or engine logic changes — purely a client-side map interaction fix, plus the v0.7.0 version bump (package.json + CHANGELOG).
