Docs-only change (no code changes):

  • New ORCHESTRATOR.md at repo root: operating manual for successor orchestrator agents — project identity, the per-issue loop, Gitea API/MCP quirks, CI facts, e2e conventions, and the Playwright-evaluate-serialization lesson from CI runs #69–#71 (MapLibre queryRenderedFeatures features lose their lazy prototype geometry getter across evaluate serialization).
  • Version bump 0.22.0 → 0.22.1 in package.json; CHANGELOG.md entry added at top.

Verified locally: tsc --noEmit clean, npx vitest run green (288 tests / 31 files — baseline unchanged). e2e not run locally by design; CI verifies against the isolated stack.
