What (user request)

AGENTS.md updates to match how the PR workflow and testing actually work now:

E2E section rewritten — CI-only: e2e runs ONLY in CI against the isolated dind stack (docker-compose.ci.yml, project flight-ci); there are NO local e2e runs at all. Local verification = tsc --noEmit + npx vitest run + npx playwright test --list; the full suite is verified by CI on every PR. Dropped the stale local-run items (deploy-to-Traefik-before-testing, remote browser server as a workflow step); kept all four still-wired CI env vars (E2E_BASE_URL, E2E_DEPLOY_CMD, PW_REMOTE_BROWSER=0, E2E_COMPOSE_ARGS) with code references.
Change-process item 1: added the connected-issues exception — issues/tasks that reference the same part of code MAY be done together on one branch/PR with a single version bump (e.g. two UI tweaks to the same panel).

package.json → 0.19.2; CHANGELOG.md entry at top
