Shipped — merged via PR #54 (auto-merge after CI green), tagged v0.14.0 at master, deploying to production (space-wanderer.dev.kkhost.pl).
The NEXT TURN button now lives inside the right pane as its last flex child: full pane width, MD size (was a small fixed bottom-right overlay that the active-tasks strip could paint over). It pins to the pane bottom when content is short and scrolls with the pane when the cargo list is long; still visible on every tab, and the TURN counter / in-flight behavior are unchanged.
E2E: new smoke spec asserts (with a task queued so the strip is visible) that the button is full-width in the right pane (>= 280px, within +/-8px of the CARGO HOLD panel) and that its bounding box does not intersect the strip's. Reviewer: approved.
