Response protocol change per owner request: replies to a specific node go out as direct messages to the sender (surface in the conversation thread, not new channel posts); broadcasts reserved for announcements like hourly weather. Also makes the confirm-first rule explicit and mandatory: ALWAYS respond on the Meshtastic before starting any work a message triggers. Docs-only — send API already supports to targets.
