Moves the nohup-only host forwarder into ops/forwarder as a second compose service: python:3.12-slim image, network_mode host (keeps MESH_NOTIFY_URL=http://172.24.0.1:4097/notify and 127.0.0.1:9898 working unchanged), restart: unless-stopped so it comes back after crashes/reboots. Config via env: FORWARDER_BASE/SESSION (defaults in compose) + FORWARDER_USER/PASS required from .env — credentials no longer live in a script on disk.
