When creating new game or loading state there should be current game id in url - so i can load specific game with url or have two tabs opened with different games. #3

Shipped in v0.3.0 (PR #13, merge 3287bca, tag v0.3.0). The active game id now lives in the URL (#/game/<id>): a link opens that exact game, two tabs can run two different games, and a bad/missing id falls back to the home screen. Closing.
