Two display-only UI tweaks, shipped together:

ISS-080 — version links to the changelog. The v{version} tag in the map header is now an anchor (new testid app-version) pointing at CHANGELOG.md in this repo, opening in a new tab. One small CSS rule keeps it legible on the dark header.

ISS-081 — ICAO tags on on-board rows. The on-board package row (the one with reward + time left) now shows the route as 4-char airport tags (EDDF → EHAM) instead of full names, and its "Fly to …" button label follows suit. New testid onboard-route-{id}; other name displays (fleet leg, map popup, market rows, toasts) are untouched per the issue scope.

E2e: header test pins the exact href; one new assertion on the ICAO route text in actions.spec.ts.
