Add a data-driven special-status concept to packages so new job variants are cheap to introduce:
A small registry/map of special status → modifiers (reward multiplier, deadline scaling, reputation bonus, etc.). Adding or removing a special = editing one entry in the registry — no scattered branches across engine/UI.
First specials: priority (higher reward, tighter deadline) and whatever else feels natural to add now.
UI: badge/label on job rows so special jobs are recognizable at a glance; package state shape updated accordingly.
Implementation notes:
Update OpenAPI spec in code (lib/openapi.ts) for the new package fields.
Unit tests: registry application (reward/deadline modifiers), spawn distribution, and that removing a registry entry cleanly disables the status. E2e where observable in UI. CI-only e2e per AGENTS.md.
