Fixes #66

Open-package rows in the Jobs tab now show cargo as type + tonnage — e.g. Mail 10.0t — instead of Mail × 12. New formatCargo(cargoType, weightKg) in lib/format.ts reuses the existing (kg/1000).toFixed(1)t pattern from the loadout display; the row span gets a dedicated open-package-cargo-{id} testid.

Unit: 3 new cases in lib/format.test.ts. E2E: e2e/right-pane.spec.ts forces a 10 t package via the create-package hook and asserts the row shows 10.0t (verified by CI against the isolated dind stack). No server or OpenAPI changes — weightKg was already in the snapshot.
