Done — "On board" is gone; the Fleet list is now the single place with all plane info.

What changed (v0.33.0, PR #64, merge commit 264778522c60e860a3b22af0b5269d7b8f4029a2):

  • Each plane has one block in the Fleet list carrying everything that used to live in the separate On board section: header (model + "in flight" badge and current leg when flying, location ICAO when grounded), fuel bar, fuel/loadout/location sub-row — then, only when present, its cargo rows ("Fly to {dest}" / Refuel-for-flight / Abandon with penalty preview) and its queued legs with per-leg Cancel buttons.
  • The "On board" section (wrapper + heading + membership filter) was deleted; idle grounded planes simply show the base info in their Fleet row.
  • The empty "Queue" heading is no longer rendered for planes without queued legs.

No API changes, no hover-protocol changes — block-level plane halo and per-cargo-row package trace previews on the map are preserved. All per-item testids survive; only the redundant onboard-{plane.id} block id was removed (four e2e locators now use the existing plane-{id} row id).

Tests: e2e locator updates in hover/right-pane/two-planes specs + panes.spec.ts heading assertions replaced with absence checks. Local: tsc clean, vitest 327/32 files, playwright list 52 tests in 14 files (all baseline-exact). CI green on PR #64.

Deployed to https://flight.dev.kkhost.pl (verified /api/version = 0.33.0 + root HTTP 200).
