Hygiene cleanup following the Sept 2026 token incident (a live Gitea API token was accidentally committed to a now-purged branch/PR #36):

  • Add ORCHESTRATOR.md to .gitignore — the local-only successor-agent manual references host-specific setup and credential pointers, so it must never be version-controlled.
  • Version bump 0.22.0 → 0.22.1 + CHANGELOG entry (docs/hygiene only, no code changes).

No credentials are included in this PR or anywhere in the diff.
