Removes the "New package available" info toasts entirely — the user is spammed by them and they're no longer required.

  • lib/deriveEvents.ts: deleted the new-package branch of the snapshot diff (id present in next but absent from prev). The first-snapshot guard (prev === null → []) stays; comments reworded so they no longer claim new-package suppression. All other event types (delivered, expired, landed, bought, sold) unchanged.
  • lib/deriveEvents.test.ts: deleted the 'emits a new-package event for ids only in the next snapshot' test; first-snapshot baseline test reworded to "no baseline to diff against" (behavior assertion unchanged).
  • CHANGELOG v0.73.0 entry + version bump 0.72.0 → 0.73.0.

Verification (local, per AGENTS.md — no local e2e): tsc --noEmit clean; vitest run 410/410 green (one fewer test than master); playwright test --list lists 64 tests in 17 files. Full e2e verified by CI on this PR.
