Closes #122

Adds app/icon.svg (hand-written: bold white top-down airplane silhouette on pastel blue #93c5fd, 64×64) — App Router auto-serves it at /icon.svg and injects the <link rel="icon">. E2E +1 in e2e/panes.spec.ts asserting the head link and a 200 image/svg+xml fetch. Version bump 0.54.0 → 0.55.0 + changelog.
